e-commerce fields. Her expertise is in conceptual story-planning, fashion content creation, on-set styling and art direction.
The born and bred New Yorker began her career as an intern, and then an assistant, at Mirabella magazine. Three years later she was as a fashion editor at Glamour magazine. Her next editorial stop was as the head of the fashion department of Elegant Bride magazine, where she conceptualized and styled the magazine’s highly acclaimed fashion, fine jewelry and cover shoots. Additionally, she became an expert in the fine jewelry field, and was an accredited source for jewelry and bridal trends for various news outlets.
As a freelance stylist, art director and contributing market editor, Monica has collaborated with some of the industry’s most respected publications – Vanity Fair, New York, TeenVogue, InStyle, Self, People, US, Parade, Martha Stewart Weddings, Weddings by the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons Weddings and international editions of Vogue, Bazaar and Flair.
Corporate clients have included - Target, Express, Victoria's Secret, Eddie Bauer, Eileen Fisher, Diane von Furstenberg, Alice & Olivia, David Yurman, Brilliant Earth, James Allen, Dermstore, and Makeup by Mario.
Most recently, Monica was the Style Director of Splashlight Studio where she built, mentored and managed the styling teams responsible for the Target, Under Armour and Aldo
e-commerce sites.
