Monica is a seasoned Fashion Stylist and Art Director known for her expertise in high-end editorial, advertising, catalog, and e-commerce productions.
Based in New York City, Monica began her career at Mirabella magazine before becoming a Fashion Editor at Glamour and later leading the fashion department at Elegant Bride as Fashion Director. There, she conceptualized and styled acclaimed fashion, fine jewelry, and cover shoots—establishing her reputation as a trusted authority in jewelry trends.
As a freelance Stylist and Market Editor, Monica has contributed to a wide range of leading publications, including Vanity Fair, New York, Teen Vogue, InStyle, Self, People, Us Weekly, Parade, Martha Stewart Weddings, Four Seasons Weddings, Weddings by The Ritz-Carlton, and international editions of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Flair. Her commercial work spans an impressive roster of brands, including Victoria’s Secret, Express, Alice & Olivia, Eddie Bauer, Eileen Fisher, Guess, Chicos, White House/Black Market, Maurices, Bombas, Amiko, Dansko, Makeup by Mario, David Yurman, James Allen, and Brilliant Earth.
Monica also served as Style Director at Splashlight Studio, where she built and led high-performing styling teams for major e-commerce clients such as Target, Under Armour, and Aldo. Most recently, as Senior Art Director at Splashlight, she partnered with clients including Nike, Target, Maurices, Tommy John, and Highsnobiety x Champion—further showcasing her creative leadership.
